Website privacy

Clear about
your information.

This notice describes this public marketing website, not any institution’s Elimu application.

Website operator

Native Force Creations (Pty) Ltd t/a Apjakal IT Solutions, Gaborone, Botswana. For questions about this website or your details, call +267 76 900 578 or email sales@apjakal.com.

Enquiry form

The form sends your name, email, institution, phone number if you give one, the product you choose and your message to our sales team by email. It also sends how you reached the site, such as a search engine, an advertisement or another website, so we know how you found us. Please do not include confidential student information.

Spam protection

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that a person, not a program, is sending it. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, and sends it to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Hosting and email

This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, and form enquiries reach us through Google’s email service. Google may process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. We use no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser keeps the page you arrived from in session storage until you close the tab, so the form can say how you found us.

Handling enquiries

If you send the message, Apjakal receives the details you provide and uses them to respond to your enquiry. We handle them under Botswana’s Data Protection Act, 2024.

Your choices

Contact us to see the details we hold about you, to correct or delete them, or to tell us not to send you marketing. We stop when you ask.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when you ask. Google may handle your details outside Botswana. You may also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commission.

Institutional applications

Product deployments require separate data handling arrangements, privacy documentation and access controls. This website does not establish those terms.
